Shipping and fulfillment are handled via our third-party partner, Waslah. While we strive to meet the delivery timelines stated in our Shipping Policy (2-3 days for UAE; 3-5 days for GCC), we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs clearance processes, or incorrect address information provided by the customer. All international customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
SECTION 5 - RETURNS AND HYGIENE
Due to the nature of beauty and cosmetic products, items can only be returned if they are unopened, sealed, and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on any products that have been opened or used.
