Refund policy

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products. Returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Please contact houriya@houriyabeauty.com within 7 days of delivery with photos.

Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Condition: Items must be in their original, sealed, and unopened packaging to be eligible for a return.
